Baby Creeper

This creepy crawly was inspired by the greats like John Carpenter (The Thing) and Tom Savini (just because he's cool). Sure I know it looks like it's from Dead Space, that's what everyone says, but hey I was getting my inspiration from the same places

The idea is this is a mutated (not dead) baby that actually burst from the host mother (will post in a little while). It never developed usable legs so instead it mutated large claws that it can pull itself along the floor with. It's also got a strong upper body that allows it to jump and stab victims in the upper neck region, which then allows it to slurp up the blood with it's tongue.

Zbrush, Max 2011, and Photoshop used. I've already finished this guy as a current generation game mesh.
